Blood work results are crucial to diagnose patients with a particular illness. Your lab results will allow us to determine the best course of action and treatment plan for you. We recommend all our patients to fast for at least five hours prior to doing the venipuncture and drink plenty of water. Patients can take their blood pressure medications, or any other medications as prescribed by their doctor in preparation for their labs. Our AMCA Medical Doctors and Medical Assistants are highly trained in doing this procedure in-house. The lab results are typically ready in the next three to four business days. Unless you are doing a particular test that requires more time.
